How Cruizi works
A parcel to send. A journey already happening.
Send a parcel
Search by route, delivery deadline and parcel size. Choose a journey and send a request. After the traveller accepts, review and confirm the booking. Searching never publishes a request automatically.
Post an open request
If the available journeys do not suit you, choose to post an open delivery request. Matching travellers can offer to carry it.
Travel with Cruizi
Publish a trip you are already making and the parcel sizes you can carry. Review incoming requests, then follow the agreed collection and delivery steps.
Parcel sizes
Choose Cruizi Envelope, Cruizi S or Cruizi M. Search shows the dimensions and weight limit for each. Your packed parcel must fit the selected category.
Prices
Traveler pricing uses parcel size, straight-line distance and delivery urgency. Review the final total before confirmation. The traveler receives 70% and Cruizi receives the remainder; no extra fee is added on top. The test environment uses Test Credits. Production payments are not enabled yet.
