Parcel contents & safe handover Version 2.0 · Effective 2026-10-30 · English Traveler-only Beta safeguards, version 2.0. Route and transport restrictions must be checked for each journey. Declare and check the contents Describe what is inside, including documents, and only send items you own or are authorized to send. The traveler checks the declaration and parcel condition before collection and refuses unknown, suspicious or prohibited items. Inspection does not guarantee safety or transfer ownership. Check the entire route The sender and traveler must check origin, transit and destination restrictions, required documents and the transport operator’s rules. For air travel, check airline baggage, airport security and customs requirements before accepting the parcel. Do not assume that a small item is permitted. Use the right size and packaging Envelope, Cruizi S and Cruizi M limits are shown before requesting delivery. The packed parcel must fit the chosen category. Protect the contents and stop if the actual parcel differs materially from what was agreed. Record real handovers Use codes only at the corresponding physical collection or recipient handover. Never put codes in support reports. If a handover fails, retain the parcel safely and contact support for instructions.
