Terms & conditions (VOP) Version 2.0 · Effective 2026-10-30 · English Traveler-only Beta terms, version 2.0, effective 30 October 2026. These terms apply to your Cruizi account and the available Beta features. Real payments and traveler payouts are not available yet. Operator and support Cruizi Technologies s. r. o. operates Cruizi. Contact office@cruizi.eu for company enquiries and support@cruizi.eu for delivery or account issues. Use Report an issue to link a report to your trip or delivery. Our published contact address is Dvořákovo nábrežie 10, 811 02 Bratislava, Slovakia. Real-money services remain unavailable while their commercial and regulatory arrangements are being completed. What this Beta offers Senders can find a traveler with an existing journey or post an open delivery request. Travelers can publish trips, review requests and carry an accepted parcel between agreed meeting points. Availability depends on journeys published by travelers. Cruizi does not promise that a suitable journey is available for every search. Parties and responsibilities The sender arranges dispatch, the traveler carries the parcel, and the recipient receives it. Cruizi provides search, matching, booking coordination, recorded handovers and support. Paid carriage is not offered under this Beta release. Its contractual roles, carriage obligations and responsibility for remedies must be stated before paid bookings become available. These terms do not exclude Cruizi’s own obligations or mandatory customer rights. Accounts and accurate information Keep your identity, phone, email and address information accurate. Review recipient details before booking and supply only information you are entitled to use. Protect your account and report suspected misuse. Use another person’s contact information only for the agreed delivery. Search, request and booking Searching does not publish a request or reserve capacity. Request a selected trip or explicitly publish an open request. After the traveler accepts, complete the delivery information and review the final total. When paid services become available, verified payment must precede booking confirmation and contact disclosure. Payments are not available in the production preparation yet; the separate test environment continues to use simulated credits. Prices and traveler earnings Traveler prices use the selected parcel category, a verified straight-line distance and urgency measured to the delivery deadline. Review the server-issued price before booking; an expired quote must be refreshed. The traveler share is 70% of the final total, rounded to the nearest cent, and Cruizi receives the remainder. No additional platform fee is added on top of that total. Existing confirmed bookings keep their captured amounts. Tax presentation, payment processing and traveler payout terms must be finalized before real payments begin. Sender’s parcel declaration Only send items you own or are authorized to send. Describe the actual contents, provide required documents, and use packaging within the selected Envelope, Cruizi S or Cruizi M limits. Let the traveler inspect the declared contents and condition before collection. An inspection does not remove responsibility for a false declaration. Traveler’s route and item checks Before carrying a parcel, check its contents and condition and the rules applying at origin, in transit and at destination, including customs and the transport operator. For flights, check airline and baggage restrictions; fitting a Cruizi size does not make an item lawful to carry. Refuse unknown, suspicious or prohibited items. A visual inspection cannot establish that all contents are safe or lawful. Ownership, collection and custody Handing over a parcel does not itself transfer ownership to Cruizi or the traveler. The traveler takes custody at physical collection and must take reasonable care until handover to the authorized recipient or agreed return. Use the collection code only at actual collection and the delivery code only at actual delivery. A code records that step and does not waive a claim for concealed damage. Missed or unsuccessful handover If a person does not attend, the contents differ from the declaration or delivery cannot be completed, stop and contact support with the booking reference. Keep the parcel safe, preserve relevant evidence and obtain return instructions. Do not mark a parcel delivered, abandon it or give it to an unauthorized person. Return arrangements and any customer charges require an agreed and disclosed basis before activation. Cancellation, refunds and claims See Cancellations & refunds for current test behavior and the reviewed-refund policy planned for paid bookings. A support report does not itself cancel a booking or approve a refund. Sharing contacts does not remove mandatory rights. Refunds after completed delivery remain subject to a separate settlement procedure that must be agreed before real payments launch. Problems, loss and damage Report problems promptly, retain communications and evidence of the parcel’s condition, and tell support what outcome you request. Cruizi coordinates the review and assesses its own obligations and the appropriate remedy. Liability, claims deadlines, compensation and any insurance arrangements must be completed with legal review before activation. No insurance cover or guaranteed compensation limit is promised by these Beta terms. Privacy and your rights The linked Data protection & privacy notice describes processing and data rights. Use shared contact details for delivery coordination only. Contract acceptance, optional marketing choices and browser notification permission are separate. Account deletion or a data-rights request may be raised through support; retention required by applicable obligations must be assessed rather than promising deletion of every record. Publication and activation Version 2.0 was approved and becomes effective on 30 October 2026 for the available traveler-only Beta account and features. Account creation and sign-in require affirmative acceptance; viewing a page alone is not acceptance. Keycloak records the accepted version, document fingerprint and acceptance time. The English pilot version 1.0 remains available in the archive. Acceptance does not activate real payments, traveler payouts or the stricter cancellation restriction. Terms for paid carriage will be presented before that service becomes available.
